Rates do not include gratuities or sales tax of 3%
Cancellation within 60 days will allow for 50% of fees paid to be refunded. - Balance not refundable but we will make attempts to rebook at future dates available.
All guests required to sign a Liability Waiver and Release Agreement - Copies upon request.
Weather delays causing overstay will be $150 per person per day including lodging and meals.

Summer weather in Lake Clark National Park - Chinitna Bay - can often be cool and/or rainy. - Therefore layered clothing including waterproof raingear and footwear is necessary.
We provide waterproof boots if needed.
Our beachfront location keeps biting insects to a minimum. If needed insect repellent is provided.
